Refunds/Cancelations

Purchasing one of our products expressly confirms that, prior to purchase, you read, and agreed to, Employment Right’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.  In particular, where applicable, you would have agreed, to the instant download of our products, immediately following completion of your payment transaction.  Therefore, in this regard, your right to cancel your order for any purchased item within 14 days, would be lost.

We will offer to replace any faulty package in the first instance.  Alternatively, on satisfaction that one is due, refunds up to the purchase price of the goods in question, are available for faulty goods/misdescribed items, within 14 days of purchase.
